Introduction

The FX-9^® formula is an industrial-strength cleaner and degreaser that is environmentally friendly.  FX-9^® is specially formulated to eliminate health hazards to people and reduce environmental pollution.  It does not contain hazardous and highly toxic chemicals such as Trichloroethane, d-Limonene, 2-Butoxyethanol, MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone), Alkyl Phenol Ethoxylates, Diethanolamine, Hydrocarbon solvents, etc., commonly found in other water-based or petroleum-based cleaners or degreasers.

FX-9^® is...

FX-9^® disintegrates, emulsifies and disperses on contact:

• grease
• oil
• carbon
• grime
• wax
• adhesives

It also removes organic and inorganic stains, rusts, crayon marks, scuffs, etc., from virtually any surface.  Its versatility and strength enable it to clean faster and more effectively than other water-based cleaner-degreasers.

FX-9^® does not produce harmful vapours, hence it can be used in enclosed spaces such as engine compartments, HVAC systems, air filtration systems, storage tanks, etc.

FX-9^® was originally developed to meet the stringent cleaner-degreaser requirements and specifications of NATO Forces and the Canadian Armed Forces.
